Half-day workshops
Building and maintaining dynamic, creative teams is one of the
greatest challenges facing any organisation. Often the methods
people use to tap into their own creativity are uncertain,
unpredictable and destructive to team creativity. For many people,
how creativity works is a mystery, they simply know that on a good
day they've got it.
These workshops help participants understand how to master
their own creativity, and more importantly, how to support and
nurture the creativity within their teams and the organisation as
a whole.
Experiential learning
Theoretical
discussions are combined with artistic activities such as painting and sculpting
to give an in-depth understanding on both an intellectual and
emotional level.
3 principle areas are
addressed:
-
How to free individuals
and teams from patterns of thinking and behaviour that block
natural creativity
-
How to develop the tools
and techniques that trigger and support creativity both
personally and in others.
-
How to develop a
life-style and working environment that helps continuously
support and nurture creativity
